Programs

Dear Club Presidents,

I hope you are enjoying your summer! With the start of school just around
the corner, I’d like to invite your club to participate in Meet the Clubs
on September 6 (MBA) and 7 (BBA). This is a reminder e-mail so if you
already registered, THANK YOU and please disregard!

Meet the Clubs is a wonderful opportunity for incoming students to learn
about the clubs and organizations at Ross. It also gives you a chance to
recruit more members and speak to students about your organization.

RSVP to attend Meet the Clubs by Friday, August 26, 2016 (see links below
to RSVP).

If your club membership includes both MBA and BBA students, please
participate in both MBA and BBA Meet the Clubs events by completing *BOTH*
RSVPs.

Tables will be assigned by SGA, and set-up begins for each event no earlier
than 3:30 p.m on September 6 and 7. We will provide a name tent on each
table and a map showing where clubs are. You are responsible for all other
signage at your table. Please note: food may not be handed out at tables
unless it is packaged (e.g. candy bars).

If you want to be next to a specific club, please note this in the RSVP. We
will do our best to accommodate!

Please note that in order to participate in Meet the Clubs, your club must
have completed its registration through both SGA
and MaizePages . We will confirm this
before assigning you a table.

MBA Meet the Clubs
