Talking about the Snap(chat) IPO and the provision that gives new
stockholders no voting rights. You can hear that I am under the weather.

We were scheduled to go longer and talk more about the deal but got bumped
when the news flash came in the Ace Greenberg, the former CEO of AIG,
agreed to settle accounting fraud civil charges by admitting to initiating
and participating in the transactions — after saying for a decade that he
would fight them to the finish.
